Description: We help parents be self-sufficient in raising their child(ren) parental to age 5 years old coming into their homes to do age appropriate learning activities. We also help prenatal clients with keeping appointments, giving them resources, helping them learn the importance of early care of themselves for healthy born infants. We also give out car seats. Just NO infant car seats. must give copy of either: Medicaid card, WIC card, SNAP card. If multiple children in one family - need different cards.
